What is Selenium Sulfide?
Selenium Sulfide is an anti-infective and anti-fungal agent, approved by the US FDA, that relieves itching and flaking of the scalp. It is a clinically proven dandruff treatment that helps give many people relief from their symptoms.
Selenium Sulfide helps solve dandruff in two ways. First, as an anti-infective, it prevents fungus and bacteria from growing on the skin. And secondly, it also slows down the rate of skin cell death and turnover.
At the 1% concentration of Selenium Sulfide found in Selsun Blue, it can stop the accumulation of scaly dandruff particles and reduce any redness and itching from seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp.
No need! Selsun Blue with Selenium Sulfide 1% is approved for over-the-counter sale in the Philippines by the FDA.
